From 120,000 THB (Minimum rent 1 year contract)

Excluded:

• electric 7 baht/unit
• water  32 baht/unit  &  garden water fee 26.75 baht/unit
•  house cleaning service special price 6,420 THB/month for 2 times/week (optional)
•  LPG refill
•  general maintenance on daily use of lighting, equipment and appliances.  
• house damage

Payment terms:

• deposit 2 months upon booking and will be refunded upon check-out after damage check
• 1 year stay: upfront 6 months rental fee upon booking, the rest 6 months rental fee to be paid in advance at the end of 6th month rental
