From 75,000 THB (Minimum rent 1 year contract)

Rental price : 95,000 THB per month (for short term contract)

payment 1 month in advance + 2 months deposit

if customer comes with pets,to pay 1 more month for pet security deposit.

• cleaning service once a week bedsheet and towels changing
• pool cleaning and garden twice a week 
• internet wifi & cable TV

Excluded:

• electricity bills on PEA meter
• water bill on PWA meter

Remark:
